How it Works?

You choose the Oak Infusion Stick based on your choice.  Each box comes with two sticks and a color code card so you know exactly by color what the aroma of the stick will yield.

After selecting the stick, you simply drop it in the bottle and close the bottle.

Allow the stick to rest in the bottle for at least 3 to 6 weeks.

What is the quantity to ratio for 1 stick?

What will you see through the aging process of the “barrel in the bottle” infusion stick?

You will observe through the weeks how the color changes.  You might even observe slight effervescing as the infusion stick triggers the chemical interaction that causes the aging.

When can I try it?

Typically, you should wait for the complete time process as referenced above for the full maturity to effect.  However, you may want to sip at intervals of your discretion to experience the evolution of the content of your bottle. You may even extend the time of maturity and allow the aging process to continue.

Can I use the infusion stick more than once?

Actually, yes.  You can also interchange the infusion stick from one type of spirit to another to see what the cross affect results in aroma and taste.  However, once this occurs you will need a virgin unused stick to commence a new process to avoid cross taste and aroma contamination in a new bottle.
