Fine quality drinks are traditionally aged in Oak Barrels. If the drink stayed longer in the Oak Barrel you would experience a richer color, texture, and complexities of aroma and taste. What we have done is created a product where you take the oak Barrel effect home – and continue the aging and maturation process. Rather than aging the “booze” in the barrel you can continue the aging and maturity process by putting the oak barrel in the bottle. You take our sticks – find the distillate or brew of your choice and simply dunk – or infuse our treated oak stick in your bottle of choice. Let it keep in the bottle for at least 3 to 6 weeks and you will experience the oak Barrel in a Bottle effect at home.
 
How it works?

You choose the Oak Infusion Stick based on your taste. Each box comes with a color code card so you know exactly by color what the aroma of the stick will yield.​ After selecting the stick, you simply drop it in the bottle and close the bottle. ​Allow the stick to rest in the bottle for at least 4 to 6 weeks.

What will you see through the aging process of the “barrel in the bottle” infusion stick?
 
You will observe through the weeks how the color changes. You might even observe slight effervescing as the infusion stick triggers the chemical interaction that causes the aging.

When can I try it?
 
Typically, you should wait for the complete time process as referenced above for the full maturity to effect. However, you may want to sip at intervals of your discretion to experience the evolution of the content of your bottle. You may even extend the time of maturity and allow the aging process to continue.
 
Can I use the infusion stick more than once?
 
Actually, yes. You can also interchange the infusion stick from one type of spirit to another to see what the cross affect results in aroma and taste. However, once this occurs you will need a virgin unused stick to commence a new process to avoid cross taste and aroma contamination in a new bottle.
